Airport Transfers
The hotel provides airport transfers at a fee of Dhs 100 per car, per way. However, if there is a group arrival (minimum 10 rooms arriving at the same time), complimentary airport pick-up will be provided from the airport to the hotel and back. Airport transfers can be arranged at the United Car Rental counter upon your arrival at the hotel. Marhaba Service (Meet & Assist) is also available at a charge of Dhs 100 per person, However, a 48-hour notice is required for such service.

Dubai is the second largest emirate in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The UAE is a federation of seven independent emirates lying along the east central coast of the Arabian Gulf. Climate
The favorable time to travel is from October to May. The days are warm and the nights are mild. From December to February the temperature is around 24oC, although it can cool down during the night and in the morning.

Visa information
Transit visas can be arranged by the hotel within 5 working days through official request from the company (the company will be kept liable in the unlikely case of abscond.) The hotel charges Dhs400 net per person for this service. Children on mother’s or father’s passport are charged at Dhs400 net per child.

Transit visas are valid for 14 days from the date of issue and 14 days from the date of entry to Dubai. In case of a no-show, visa rejection or a cancellation, full visa cost will be automatically charged to the guest’s credit card or the company’s hotel account in the event of established credit. No requests for visa will be accepted, if credit card details or a confirmation fax is not received.
